Czech boutique Footshop had its tenth anniversary in 2021 and celebrated with various collaborations. One of them is this Kangaroos Ultimate 3 'Nocturna'. The third release in a series of two previous collaborations started in 2018, with a sequel in 2019 and turned into a trilogy in 2021 with this Ultimate 3.
Like its predecessors, this release celebrates Footshop's home base and that is the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. 'Nocturna' links to the beauty of the city by night. The sneaker is handmade and individually numbered in Germany. This release is also the most limited in this series with Kangaroos and as many as 250 pairs worldwide.
The upper starts from the collar with a soft suede and transitions into a ballistic mesh. Both in black. On the overlays underneath is a mix of mint green suede and leather. The green tongue refers to the two previous collaborations and has a dark brown pulltab on one shoe and a light brown one on the other. The number '10' has been added to both tongues, confirming the anniversary project. A silver FOOTSHOP embroidery has been added to the right heel and the famous Prague Charles Bridge can be found on the left. A comfortable polyurethane foam midsole in white with a touch of grey and a black rubber outsole complete the look.
