Hello Hello dears! 🤗 My Nike by You series is slowly coming to an end. But to finish off, I've come up with something very special for you - yeeey! 😍 Color and print trends are all well, but if you can't identify 100% with the fashion trends either, then this blog post is the right thing for you. Because today I'm going to show you the Nike Air Force 1, created with Nike by You, and how it can be sporty and still very feminine, too.
If you missed my last two Nike by You blog posts, you can get to them in our Newsblog via the links below:
But let's get back to our actual topic: The silhouette of the Air Force 1 is already sporty and feminine and most of all individual with Nike by You. But let's first take a look at the AF1 in general.
Nike Air Force 1 - the love for the sneaker
We go back to the year 1982, because it was here that Bruce Kilgore first brought the Air Force silhouette to life. So the Air Force was the second shoe from Kilgore's pen that came with the popular Air technology. If you want to know which was the first sneaker, you should read this blog post.
Once designed for basketball, the Air Force quickly made it from the court to the street - into the hip hop scene. And so the whole hype about the Air Force 1 silhouette began. Beside the 'High' version came an Air Force 1 Low and then followed the most different colorways. And today? Today the sneaker is more popular than ever! He plays a leading role in the sneaker trends 2020.
The AF1 in all white look is probably one of the most frequently seen sneaker on our roads. Why is that? By its fine, sporty silhouette and clean look. This makes it possible for us to combine the sneaker to the most different styles. Whether sporty with jogging pants, casual with skinny jeans or summerly with a skirt with flowers - the Air Force 1 is an absolute allrounder. And since white sneakers are an indispensable part of the streets and especially of our feet anyway, they are the perfect must-have for us girls!
Nevertheless, I can absolutely understand if the all white AF1 is too one-sided and maybe even boring for you. We have found the optimal solution for this, where you can design your own shoes and thus give them your individual design.
Nike by You and the style is yours!
June 2020 has style! Summer is finally here and you still need the right sneaker? But what if you don't want to follow the mainstream all the time? Then luckily there's Nike by You! You can choose which shoe model you want, an Air Jordan, an Air Max or even an Air Force.
To be able to design some models yourself, you have to become a member. It's easy and it won't cost you anything. Become a Nike member - just do it! Then you're good to go. Oh, before I forget! Maybe a 'just do it gift voucher' is the perfect present for your friend's or girlfriend's next birthday? With this he/she can also design his/her own Nike sneaker.
Enough with all the talk around here. I would like to present you now, as promised, the Nike Air Force 1 model, which are sporty but feminine and I have created with Nike by You for you.
Nike by You: Air Force 1 sporty but feminine
Again, I can only talk about myself, but I absolutely cannot identify myself with the fashion trends. Often many colors are too much for me and prints and I am no friends anyway. Do you know this? Since I'm more of a sporty type, which is probably because I've been playing football for years, my everyday look is just like that. Speaking of football, check out Nike Football Training with Neymar Jr., Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. in Marens blog post! All right, now for the kickz:
White / Snake 🤍
A plain white Air Force always goes, we have already established that. Here I have indeed taken up the trend of animal prints a little bit, but also only very slightly, I promise! In my opinion a really cool shoe! What do you say?
White / Blue / Red 💙
For this colorway I left some parts in white, but I also wanted to try a little bit of color. So here are red details and light blue parts of the suede uppers. A colorful mix of materials, you can do that - I'm also celebrating somehow!
Black / White 🖤
Black and white is almost as standard as "only white"! So I thought, why not put a little more black on the white model. The result is a shoe that you can just as easily combine to your look and still look classic. Here you are:
