The Air Jordan 1 High OG 'Brotherhood' is inspired by the Omega Psi Phi fraternity. Michael Jordan was a member of this fraternity during his time at the University of North Carolina. The colours of the brotherhood are brought back on this model.

This Air Jordan 1 contains a combination of the colours purple, orange and white. The nose and heel are coloured 'University Gold', the overlays are 'Light Bordeaux' and the middle panel and tongue are white. Like the overlays, the Swoosh and the Wings logo are the same purple colour. The midsole is white and the outsole is yellow, matching the upper.
