The collaboration between the Spanish fashion house LOEWE and On Running has already produced several standout sneakers, such as the Cloudventure 2 and the Cloudtilt, which brought flair to the running world last year.
Now the duo is unveiling a new creation: the Cloudsolo. This completely newly designed sneaker will roll out in the coming weeks at selected retailers, alongside matching apparel.
The Cloudsolo
The Cloudsolo embodies the perfect harmony between LOEWE’s luxurious aesthetic and On’s technical expertise. The sneaker features a CloudTec® element in the heel, combined with a Helion™ superfoam midsole and a flexible Speedboard, providing ultimate comfort with every step.
The upper is made of technical mesh with semi-transparent yarns, finished with LOEWE’s signature toggle and On’s elastic speed-lacing system. The Cloudsolo will be available in a wide range of colorways, from classic black and white to striking orange and lime green.
In addition to the Cloudsolo, the popular Cloudtilt is also getting a seasonal update, available in two new colorways: ‘Denim Grey’ and ‘Denim Blue’. The accompanying ready-to-wear line includes everything from soft flocked anoraks and cargo pants to functional basics like T-shirts, sports bras, and tights, all featuring a newly developed joint stripe pattern.
The campaign, shot by photographer Ryan McGinley, merges art and athletics. In the film, the dance group MazelFreten, directed by Bleunuit and choreographed by Ash Rucker, performs powerful, poetic movements in Tenerife, perfectly reflecting the dynamism of the collection.
Release
