Bad Bunny and adidas don’t seem to be done releasing summer sneakers just yet. Following the recent release of the Bad Bunny x adidas Gazelle 'Cabo Rojo', several new designs were unveiled this past weekend that we can expect to drop shortly, including the adidas Adizero SL72, which previously appeared in the 'Maroon' and 'Blue' colorways.
The new colorways continue the Adizero SL72 series from 2024 and once again reflect the vibrancy of Benito’s personality and energy. A standout from the series is the 'Brown/Pink' colorway, which features a torn-away upper and combines shades of pink and dark brown.
The other six colorways primarily use tones of red, pink, green, and blue. All versions are crafted with a mix of mesh, leather, and suede. ‘Bad Bunny’ appears on the mid-panel, while the adidas Trefoil logo is featured on the tongue. These colorways are inspired by countries across Latin America and are expected to release later this year.
Each of the six versions is linked to a specific country in Central and South America. The color palettes are based on the national flags and other distinctive cultural symbols. The first six countries featured in this collection are Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, and Peru.
As of now, the exact release date for the seven Bad Bunny x adidas Adizero SL72 colorways has not been announced. However, the sneakers are expected to drop sometime in 2025. Keep an eye on Sneakerjagers' news page for updates.
