adidas is releasing the Samba Camo Pony Hair this fall: a Samba with faux pony hair and a camo print. Two versions of the Samba Camo Pony Hair are coming, a White Camo in off-white with brown and a Brown Camo in the familiar green with brown.

Both pairs feature a faux pony hair upper, with cream 3-Stripes on the sides and a brown gum sole. The tongue and Achilles heel panels are done in a contrasting color. The White Camo has pastel green laces and lining; the Brown Camo gets pink laces and insoles. Small accents that make the camo print a bit more playful.

It's not the first time adidas Originals has reached for pony hair. The material appeared earlier on Deer Print models, and the Samba Camo Pony Hair fits that same line of textured versions. Compared to the regular suede version, the pony hair looks fuller, with a clearly different surface.
Two trends in one design
The camo and pony hair is really a hit or miss. These are of course two "trends" now being combined, which makes it quite bold. Still, I think adidas can get a little ahead of the trend with this camo on sneakers.
The adidas Samba Camo Pony Hair is planned for fall 2026, with the White Camo (KJ7500) and Brown Camo (KJ7501). An exact release date has not yet been confirmed, nor has the European recommended retail price. The pair is expected to arrive at adidas.
