Nike is bringing back the well-known Neon colorway in an Air Max Pack for Air Max Month 2026. At the heart of the collection is the Air Max 95 'Neon', featuring its OG colorway from 1995 of grey, black, and white with striking neon accents. The theme is extended across several other silhouettes as well: the Air Max 90, Air Max Plus, and Air Max TL 2.5 are all dropping in Neon.
Each model interprets the classic colour scheme in its own way while remaining true to the original and, of course, delivering the signature Air Max comfort. In addition, Nike is releasing matching apparel pieces, including graphic T-shirts and outerwear, all inspired by the Neon design.

Original Post January 27th, 2026 – The Air Max 95 ‘Neon’ is gearing up for another release, and Nike has now unveiled the official product images. With this, one of the most iconic Air Max colorways once again receives the attention it deserves. The silhouette remains faithful to the OG look, featuring the signature grey layers, black details, and neon accents.
Nike Air Max 95 and Its Iconic History
The Air Max 95 was first introduced in 1995 and designed by Sergio Lozano. The design is inspired by human anatomy: the midsole represents the spine, the panels symbolise muscle fibres, and the laces refer to ribs. What truly made the model revolutionary at the time was the visible Air unit in the forefoot, a first within the Air Max line.
From day one, the Nike Air Max 95 ‘Neon’ was the colorway that defined the model. Over the years, countless colorways have been released, but for many sneaker enthusiasts, the ‘Neon’ remains the undisputed number one. For 2026, Nike opts for a subtle yet striking update: the sneaker returns in its original ‘big bubble’ construction.
An interesting detail is that a small, limited drop of the sneaker already took place in 2025. That release sold out quickly and made it clear that the hype surrounding the Nike Air Max 95 ‘Neon’ is still very much alive.
