It appears that BMX rider Nigel Sylvester will be releasing a new collaboration with Nike. Although the chances are slim that we’ll benefit from it, as the newly teased Air Jordan 3 is likely a Friends & Family release, limited to only 50 pairs.
But who knows, maybe we’ll get lucky.
The sneaker features a striking colorway of the Air Jordan 3. It has a sturdy canvas base with an abstract, graffiti-like pattern that changes when you hold it in the light. Black nubuck elements on the toe and heel add structure and create a strong contrast.
As far as the first images show, there is no custom Nigel Sylvester logo present. The tongue features the Jumpman logo in dark green. Bronze detailing around the eyelets gives the pair a refined touch.
As mentioned above, this is a Friends & Family release limited to only 50 pairs. For now, there are no other Nigel Sylvester releases with Nike planned, possibly due in part to his current collaboration with McDonald’s.
Recently, his 'Brick By Brick' release was named “Sneaker of the Year” by Complex, so it would be surprising if Nike isn’t working on a new collaboration with the BMX rider.

The Air Jordan 3 in question is a Friends & Family release and therefore will not be available to the public.
