Lil Yachty has revealed his next Nike project: a Lil Yachty Air Force 1 Mid in yellow and black, made under his own Concrete Boys label. Last weekend, the only place you could buy the Lil Yachty Air Force 1 Mid was ComplexCon in Los Angeles.

The design is all about contrast. The upper uses yellow material with a croc texture, and every panel is outlined in black piping. That makes each line of the silhouette stand out right away. The heel carries an embroidered Concrete Boys logo, while a Jewel Swoosh sits on the midfoot. Black laces, a black tongue label with yellow lettering and a Lil Yachty patch on the inside of the tongue complete the look. Underneath: an all-black midsole and outsole.

A thousand pairs, ComplexCon only
According to reports, 1,000 pairs were made and sold exclusively at Yachty's own booth at the event. Visitors reportedly queued for hours. There is also a pink and black version. Only two pairs of that one exist, made for Yachty himself.

Rumours of a Mid version had been circulating for months, and Yachty shared samples himself beforehand. ComplexCon marked the model's official debut.
The Mid follows earlier collaborations on the Air Force 1 Low, including the white Concrete Boys edition and the 'Lucky Green'. Whether the Lil Yachty Air Force 1 Mid will get a wider release is still unknown. An EU release date and a price in euros have not been confirmed.
