Jae Tips, a rapper from the Bronx, has always wanted to design his own sneakers after breaking into the entertainment sector through hip-hop music.
After years of hard work cultivating a fanbase, he collaborated with Saucony Originals to produce the Grid Shadow 2 collection "What's the Occasion?" to cap up 2023 with a bang. The two-pack includes the blue-based "Wear to a Date" hue and the pink-accented "Wear to the Party" colorway.
The titles are just the creator's instructions on when and where to buy each sneaker. The "Wear to a Date" colorway features a blue and green top with a light pink and green midsole that says "forever" on a red tone in the toe region.
