During Paris Fashion Week, which took place last week, the Australian label Song for the Mute unveiled its new silhouette: the adidas Samba OG SFTM-010. The sneaker was teased by the brand itself via Instagram, a method the label has also used for previous releases.
The model will be released in three colorways: black, brown, and green, each executed in a combination of leather and suede.
The adidas Samba OG SFTM-010 retains the familiar low-profile silhouette of the iconic Samba but introduces several subtle updates. These include tonal stitching on the side panels and a minimalist interpretation of the signature Three Stripes.
A standout detail is the heel, which appears to feature a collapsible construction with an elastic element in the material. This gives the sneaker more of a slip-on look, similar to the CLOT collaboration. Subtle co-branding and the familiar gum sole complete the silhouette.
For now, it’s not yet known exactly when the collaboration will release, though it is expected sometime in 2026. Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers news page for updates.
