The Nike Air Max 90 Surplus ‘Black’ (CQ7743-001) keeps its all-black silhouette in line with the classic AM90, save for the extended heel tags and tongue, but incorporates a more utilitarian build with uppers reinforced with CORDURA fabric alongside its normal leather, suede, and nylon mesh construction. Other changes include a remixed tongue logo spells out “90 Surplus” and a miniature Swoosh logo that can be seen on the forefoot. The foam midsole, Air cushioning, and rubber Waffle-inspired outsole ensure comfort and stability with this winter-ready, military-inspired design.
