A new week, a new Air Max 95 release. The silhouette is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025, and it's doing so with plenty of noise. In recent months, several eye-catching Air Max 95s have already been released, ranging from OG colorways to new collaborations.
The next release on the calendar is the OG 'Black Border', originally launched in 1996.
The 'Black Border', also known as 'Emerald', features a black-and-white colorway with emerald-blue accents on the tongue, heel, and in the Air Bubbles. The 2025 version of the sneaker slightly differs from the OG release from 1996. This new version uses blue Air units instead of translucent bubbles.
This 'Emerald' colorway is often considered one of the best and rarest Air Max 95s ever, making this release highly sought after. The Nike Air Max 95 OG 'Black Border' is scheduled to release at Nike on July 11, 2025.
