The year 2025 was a packed year with OG releases, collaborations, and general releases that repeatedly managed to capture our attention. Whether the long-awaited Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low OG ‘Military Blue’, the .SWOOSH designs at Nike, or the adidas Jellyfish is your favorite, every sneaker released this past year can be found at StockX.

Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Military Blue'

It may be the most anticipated release of 2025: the three-way collaboration between Nike, Travis Scott, and fragment design. A release that combines the signature colors of the Japanese label with Travis’ reversed Swoosh.
The result: a sneaker that will continue to turn heads long after this year.
Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 'Brick by Brick'

BMX rider Nigel Sylvester has brought us numerous releases over the past few years, but the Air Jordan 4 ‘Brick by Brick’, an ode to his birthplace, remains the best. Dressed in a red shade reminiscent of a brick, as the name suggests, and executed in premium materials, the sneaker is a true contender for the title ‘Sneaker of the Year’.
.SWOOSH x Nike Air Max 1 Poly 'Big Head Origins'

Although the Air Max 1 gained especially momentum in 2024, theSWOOSH releases brought the model back into the spotlight. The ‘Big Head Origins’, a reference to Donkey Kong, was particularly successful.
The sneaker bridges the gap between streetwear and the gaming world, something clearly reflected in the design.
UNDEFEATED x Jordan 4 Retro OG 'Deep Green'

A sneaker that made its long-awaited comeback this year was the UNDEFEATED x Jordan 4 Retro OG ‘Deep Green’. Originally released in 2005 in an edition of only 72 pairs, the sneaker returned to shelves 20 years later, to the delight of many.
Now also available at StockX.
Patta x Nike Air Max 90 Waves 'Sapphire'

A release from Dutch soil: the Patta x Nike Air Max 90 Waves ‘Sapphire’. The sneaker continued the successful ‘Waves’ series, which previously used the Air Max 1. The model appeared in several colorways, but the ‘Sapphire’ was certainly one of the best.
Nike Air Max 1 'King's Day'

Another release that pays tribute to the Netherlands is the Nike Air Max 1 ‘King’s Day’. The sneaker celebrates the Dutch holiday Koningsdag with a design that incorporates the iconic orange color, complemented by unique details and premium materials.
Pharrell Williams x adidas Jellyfish 'Focus Olive Orange'

A sneaker that perhaps didn’t quite fit into the 2025 sneaker landscape, a time dominated by low-profile models, but stood out precisely because of that: the adidas Jellyfish. Designed by Pharrell Williams, this is possibly his best adidas design in years.
adidas Samba 'Cow Print'

For anyone who thought the adidas Samba had lost its momentum: think again. The model saw countless successful releases this year, with the animal-print variations performing particularly well.
After the success of the ‘Leopard’, the ‘Cow Print’ was also a major hit with every (re)release.
Nike Air Max 95 'Neon'

The Nike Air Max 95 ‘Neon’ also made its comeback this year. The sneaker uses the same colorway it debuted with in 1995, but adds a ‘Big Bubble’, a treatment many Air Max sneakers received this year.
Story mfg. x ASICS GEL Venture 6 'Reddish Brown'

Finally, the Story mfg. x ASICS GEL-Venture 6 ‘Reddish Brown Gingham’. A release that, partly due to its unique campaign, ranks high among my personal favorites. The sneaker was released in two colorways: ‘Reddish Brown’ and ‘Vanilla Violet Quartz’, both featuring the classic gingham pattern.
