The sneaker takes the original design of the Air Max Plus and combines it with a new upper. This uses a breathable mesh base covered by a curved molded overlay that runs the full length of the shoe. In addition, the Air Max Plus Drift opts for a more robust construction with palm tree-like tread accents. Swooshes extend from the midfoot to the heel, clearly distinguishing this modern model from its '90s predecessor.
Furthermore, underneath the foot, the sole units exhibit almost the same features as the original Tuned Air. For example, whale tail-shaped sides, girth, and rubber traction that provides a refreshing finish at the forefoot.
The new generation Tn series is off to a great start with the release of the Air Max Plus Drift 'Phantom Cocoa Wow'. This colorway displays a striking gradient from light brown to blue. At the same time, the TPU exoskeleton has a sail-white hue, accented with brown accents along the edges for a more striking look. The Swooshes and Nike logo on the tongue come in a light blue hue.
