The Nike Air Force 1 was launched in 1982 as a basketball shoe. The model was picked up by the crowd and Nike saw the popularity of the silhouette rise. This sneaker has been an integral part of the street scene. Nike has designed a special Shadow variant for the ladies.
 
The Nike Air Force 1 Shadow has double overlays, a double Swoosh and double Air branding on the upper. The colours used on these elements are pastel blue with pastel orange. The base of the upper is in a pastel yellow colour, as is the outsole. The midsole is in white.
