The adidas ZX line has been a huge success since it was launched in 1984, with a focus on athletic performance. Jacques Chassaing designed the original ZX line, which featured the Torsion system – an ultra-light bridge that connects the forefoot to the heel to stabilize the entire foot for extra stability. 

The ‘Glory Purple’ colorway features a light-toned beige and white upper, with yellow padding and purple and red details on the back heel and adidas branding. The ZX range has since expanded, with legendary sneakers like the adidas ZX 8000 Aqua becoming a part of sneaker history. Today, the ZX line continues to be popular with sneaker enthusiasts worldwide.
