The third collaboration between adidas Spezial and Liam Gallagher brings out the LG2 SPZL trainer. So this is not the first time they have worked together. Back in 2019, they joined forces under the direction of Gary Aspden. This resulted in the Padiham LG SPZL.
Now, Gallagher and this influential shoe designer are teaming up again to take a trip down memory lane. In fact, this latest release takes inspiration from the archives of adidas Originals and puts a modern twist on the classic squash and indoor silhouette.
The adidas LG2 Spezial 'Bottle Green' stands out with vibrant shades against a sleek nylon upper in warm white, complemented by suede overlays. The end result is a shoe that flawlessly combines old-school charm with a refreshingly modern look.
Moreover, every detail has been thought out with extreme precision. In doing so, Gallagher's unique style blends harmoniously with adidas' rich heritage. From the recognisable blue adidas branding on the tongue featuring Gallagher's portrait, to the cream-coloured leather accents on the eyelids.
