UNDEFEATED and Vans are working together again. The two first collaborated in 2007, releasing a Sk8-Hi capsule inspired by Geoff McFetridge's 'U-Man' illustrations. Now almost fifteen years later, the two brands are back and are releasing the same print on the Old Skool model.
The Vans Old Skool comes in three different colorways called 'Bistro Green', 'Blue Lolite' and 'Buckthorn Brown'. The upper of each pair consists of a canvas base with suede overlays, and the canvas is covered by the 'U-Man' pattern that this collection is all about.
The suede, canvas and the well-known stripe on the side differ in colour. Each element has a green, blue or brown colour, but they are different shades. For example, the suede is a dark colour and the stripe on the side is very light.
The UNDEFEATED logo with 'Vans' written across it can be found on the tongue. There is also a lace lock on the laces, which reads 'UNDFTD'. The midsoles of the pairs are white and the outsoles are the same colour as the upper.
The UNDEFEATED x Vans pack will be released on Saturday 4 December 2021 on the UNDEFEATED website.
