After the success of the Willy Chavarria x adidas Originals collaboration, which was unveiled during Paris Fashion Week, we’re now seeing the duo’s first full collection. Like many of Chavarria’s designs, this collection is inspired by Chicano culture, which is closely tied to the designer’s roots.
The collection, which includes both apparel and footwear, features oversized silhouettes, iconic motifs, references, and details that nod to Mexican heritage.
Willy Chavarria
Willy Chavarria is having a standout year. After making his debut at Paris Fashion Week in January, the American designer created a collection especially for Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime Show and recently launched his own underwear line. To top it all off, Chavarria is also debuting his collaboration with adidas this year.
And it’s that last project that’s now revealing its first drop. The Willy Chavarria x adidas Originals S/S25 collection showcases bold designs heavily influenced by Chicano aesthetics, characterized by luxury tailoring with a cult-like appeal.

In addition to apparel, the collection also features sneakers. With the Chavarria Jabbar Low and Chavarria Jabbar Dress, the designer pays tribute to the legendary 1978 Jabbar, this time with a sleeker, updated design. As in many of Chavarria’s creations, the colors red and black take center stage in this collection.
