Hellstar x adidas Megaride S2 turns up the red

The Hellstar x adidas Megaride S2 is getting a second colorway. After the white and black version from August, the 'Bright Red' pair with style code LB5626 follows on Saturday 10 October 2026. The Hellstar x adidas Megaride S2 costs €200 and drops via adidas and selected retailers.

Hellstar, the streetwear label from Los Angeles, has been working with adidas Originals for a while now. Earlier, the partnership produced Superstar drops that were only available in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami. With the Megaride S2, the collaboration went global for the first time this summer. The model comes from the adidas running archive, and its mechanical Y2K look fits right in with what is happening in sneakers today.

From black heel to red

This colorway of the Hellstar x adidas Megaride S2 is all about a gradient. The mesh base runs from black to grey, while red stretches from the toe across the forefoot and darkens towards the heel. On top sits a TPE panel with raised flames. You will also spot a patent leather tongue, a zippered shroud and Hellstar branding on the lateral midfoot and heel tab.

Underfoot, the sole pairs red foam up front with black tooling at the heel. A flame graphic shows through the semi-translucent rubber outsole. A clever detail you only notice once you flip the shoe over. The signature Megaride cushioning system stays clearly visible as well.

The sneaker is part of the Fall/Winter collection from Hellstar and adidas Originals, themed around heat and transformation. Alongside it come track jackets, stone-washed hoodies, T-shirts with a flaming Trefoil and a beanie.
