Skate legend Eric Koston, one of the most recognizable faces of Nike SB, is getting his own Nike SB Air Max 95 release. Earlier this year, the first images of the skateboarder’s upcoming sneaker surfaced, but now Nike has officially shared a first look at the pair.
The sneaker comes in a colorway reminiscent of the University of Michigan, featuring a mix of ‘Obsidian,’ ‘Speed Yellow,’ and ‘Summit White’ hues. On the toe, there’s a Thai inscription referencing Koston’s Thai heritage and his early SB designs.
The sneaker features ‘Koston’ branding on the right shoe’s tongue label, along with Nike SB branding on the heel and sole. Like the recent ‘Cactus Flower’ release, this Air Max 95 has been modified for skateboarders, offering a wider fit and a rugged outsole.
