adidas is keeping the "balletcore" momentum going with an allegedly new ballet variant of the Stan Smith Low. Set to arrive in two colorways this summer, the reimagined pair channels the Mary Jane aesthetic with a stripped-back, flat-soled design.
This pair transforms the classic tennis shoe into a lifestyle model inspired by ballet aesthetics. The model features an ultra-flat sole, an elegant seam bisecting the toebox, and a single leather strap instead of laces, evoking Maison Margeila's Tabis luxury.
Signature adidas details remain subtle, with perforated three stripes, a trefoil logo on the heel, and smooth leather uppers. So far, images reveal two colorways. A sleek all-black version and a white pair with red trims, both offering versatility for daily wear.
An official release date for the adidas Stan Smith Low Ballet has yet to be confirmed, but the model is rumored to drop in summer 2025.
