In the last few months, the adidas NMD series has become quieter again. In this post, we'll take a look at some of the current models and look back at the past. Curse or blessing for the adidas NMD?
Some fans of the NMD series are probably very happy with the low hype surrounding the models. In contrast to fans of the Air Jordan 1, for example, you hardly have any problems getting hold of new shoes and can even snatch up a sneaker or two in a sale.
It all starts at the end of 2015 with the UltraBoost technology that was incorporated into both the popular 'Ultra Boost' and the adidas NMD R1. Collaborations with Pharrell Williams ensure that the kicks are in extreme demand. As increasingly multiple models came out and the trend moved towards thicker soles, the NMD's became quieter. We bring them back on stage, at least in this article, and take a look at what good deals you can currently get.
Check out these models
First of all, I've picked out the NMD_R1 shoe for you. The shoe reflects the classic NMD look and is great as an entry-level model. The white sole contrasts with the black mesh upper. Just click on the picture or follow the link to get an overview of the retailers.

The next R1 is also rather plain. I've picked out the NMR_R1 for you in all black. But black shoes can be worn not only in the service or in the gastronomy, well combined the shoes really make a statement. Who likes it flashy?
This time, the adidas NMD_R1 Primeknit is available in the Equipment Yellow / Core Black colorway. The shoe has a textile and synthetic upper and comes in a Primeknit look with a special shoe entry. The sneaker is incredibly comfortable to wear and definitely makes a statement in this colorway. With a little luck, you can get your size in the current sale.
Pharrell Williams x adidas HU NMD
When we talk about the adidas NMDs, a collaboration with Pharrell Williams is a must. Unfortunately, all sizes of the 'Triple Black' are no longer available, but you could be lucky and buy the shoe for 220€ at one of our resell partners. As always in the sneaker game, it pays to be quick.
NMD R1 SCHUH
The Collegiate Burgundy / Cloud White / Gum colorway is also included in the selection. The rubber sole matches the burgundy red perfectly. The shoe is on sale with some of our partners and is perfect for the summer. Pleasant wearing comfort included!
adidas NMD Cloud White / Screaming Pink
For the women and teens, I picked out the Cloud White / Screaming Pink colorway. The shoe is still available in the GS sizes and convinces with a simple white base and some pink accents.
