Exactly 25 years after the most famous free kick in English football history, adidas is releasing the David Beckham Predator. The David Beckham Predator has been available worldwide since 6 October 2026, alongside a remake of the Predator Precision Beckham wore at the time.

On 6 October 2001, Beckham curled the ball into the top corner against Greece in stoppage time. That goal sent England to the 2002 World Cup. According to Sam Handy, general manager of adidas Football, few moments capture the spirit of Predator as well as that free kick. That night is the starting point for the new special edition.
White, red and leather
The David Beckham Predator is based on the Predator Elite FT L-Tech concept. adidas combines traditional leather craftsmanship with modern technology. The forefoot is made of premium leather (fusionskin), while the fold-over tongue comes in rich red leather with an embroidered Trefoil logo.
A notable detail: this is only the second time in Predator history that the Trefoil logo appears on the model. You'll spot it in the Three Stripes on the lateral and medial sides. Beckham branding sits on the lateral heel. The white and red colorway refers directly to the 2001 boot.

Prefer the original? Then there's the Predator Precision Remade. It returns in the same white and red colorway as the pair Beckham scored with, giving a new generation of players and collectors the chance to own a piece of Predator history.
