First look at the Air Jordan 1 Low 'Rookie of the Year'

The Air Jordan 1 'Rookie of the Year' is making a big comeback in 2025, this time as a fresh low-top edition. This release pays tribute to Michael Jordan's legendary rookie season in the NBA back in 1985, when he snagged the Rookie of the Year Award. The original high-top version from 2018 was a massive hit for its design and premium materials, and the upcoming low-top promises to bring that same vibe.

The Air Jordan 1 Low 'Rookie of the Year' blends timeless details with a modern twist. It features a clean white leather base paired with suede overlays in the 'Golden Harvest' colorway - an homage to the outfit MJ rocked during his 1985 acceptance speech.

Black accents like the Swoosh, laces, and outsole add a sharp contrast, while a bold red 'Nike Air' logo on the tongue ties it all together with a playful yet standout finish.

Following fan-favourites like the 'Mocha' and 'Game Royal' colorways, this drop is proof that Jordan Brand knows exactly how to refresh beloved designs. The sneaker is expected to drop in Spring 2025 via SNKRS and select retailers. While official pics haven’t been shared yet, early leaks have already got us hyped.
