In honour of its 35th anniversary, the renowned firm is transferring iconic colours from the Air Jordan 3 to other vintage models. The most recent model to receive this treatment is the Air Jordan 2 ‘Black Cement’, with a version inspired by the 1987 original set to appear in September. 

The upper of the shoe is made of jet-black tumbled leather in the classic ‘Black Cement’ style, with greyscale accents along the tongue structure, heel foxing, and mid-foot overlays. The design pays a wonderful tribute to the legacy of the Air Jordan 3, which is also evident on the Air Jordan 2 and the Air Jordan 2 Retro PS, with vivid ‘University Red’ elements strewn throughout and a ‘Sail’ midsole giving retro appeal.
