We saw these colorways already during the first release of the New Balance 550 in collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore. Now the feature a hight top silhouette out of the New Balance archive. Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R 'White Green' | BB650RL1
The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R comes in a 'White Green' colorway. The upper of this model is very similar to the 550 silhouette. Both models are originally meant as basketball shoes, which is why the collar of these kicks is a bit higher.
The upper is made mainly out of leather in white. The leather of the side panel is perforated. Around the upper are green accents. The 'N' on the side of the sneaker is also in green.
As this pair is a collaboration, we see the logo of Aimé Leon Dore on the left heel. The logo can also be seen on the insole and on the tongue of the shoe.
Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R 'White Grey' | BB650RA1
The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R also comes in a white and grey colour scheme. Like the rest of the pair, the upper is made of leather, and the collar of mesh. Almost the entire upper is in white.
Around the collar, there are grey accents. This colour can also be found on the rest of the New Balance branding, the heel cap and the outsole. The yellowed midsole provides a vintage look.
To make the collab clear, the Aimé Leon Dore logo can be seen on the left heel and the New Balance logo on the right heel.
Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R 'White Navy' | BB650RD1
The third colorway in the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R pack is white with dark blue. The leather upper is primarily in white, as is the mesh collar.
Around the upper we see various dark blue accents. The branding on this pair is also in dark blue. Just like the other three pairs, the midsole of the sneaker has been yellowed, which gives it a vintage look.
Aimé Leon Dore branding can be seen again on the left heel and on the left insole. The tongue also features the branding of both brands.
Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R 'White Red' | BB650RE1
The final colorway in the pack is the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R 'White Red'. This colour scheme clearly stands out and is slightly different from the rest of the pack.
The upper of the shoe is made of leather and mesh. The leather is in white, while the mesh collar is in red. This red colour can be seen on the rest of the branding. Besides red, black accents are also used. The leather overlay around the collar is black and the 'N' on the side is also outlined in black.
At the back of the shoe you can find the branding of both brands. The logos of Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance are in red.
