In the last months, the first images of a New Balance 1000 in collaboration with Joe Freshgoods already appeared. Now we see a silver colorway of the silhouette, in a campaign featuring British rapper Dave. The New Balance 1000 SL 'Silver Metallic' drops at various retailers on April 24, 2024.

The NB 1000 SL first appeared in 1999. The silhouette features a chunky design with modern details on the upper. The sneaker disappeared from the radar for over two decades, but is making its comeback in 2024. After its recent release in collaboration with Joe Freshgoods, New Balance now comes out with another colorway.
The 'Silver Metallic' has a striking look. The upper is mesh and has been given a black color. Wavy, silver overlays are placed all over the upper and give the sneaker a modern twist. The yellowed midsole gives the 1000 SL a retro twist.
The tongue features the New Balance 1000 logo. The center panel features the N logo. The campaign features rapper Dave, known for songs such as 'Clash,' 'Thiago Silva', and 'Location'. The rapper also recently appeared in Stone Island's lookbook, but has not previously been featured with New Balance. Who knows, maybe a next collab?
