The Air Jordan 6 Retro 'UNC' will be released soon. The sneaker takes its inspiration from the University of North Carolina (UNC) and comes therefore in the colors of the university. This is the college that Michael Jordan played for three seasons long.
The 'UNC' is not an unknown colorway at Nike. The 'University Blue' colors appeared on many other models in the past. Now, Nike comes out with the Air Jordan 6 Retro in this style. The upper is coloured blue, as well as the tongue and details on the heel. The overlays have a white color and are made of leather.
On the heel we see a pull tab. The tongue has been given the familiar lace lock and the Jumpman logo can also be found on the tongue. A Jordan label is placed on the heel. The midsole of the 'UNC' turns white and the outsole has been given a blue translucent color.
The Jumpman logo is also printed on the tongue. Black details are set around the entire silhouette. At the heel, an Air Unit can be seen wich colors yellow.
