Are you wondering why I mentioned the Grateful Dead x Nike Collabo? Aside from the self-promo… it had another purpose! If you know the Kickz or have read the blog post now, you probably noticed that the Kickz are a little bit 'hairy'. The upper consist of 'fur' and that's also the case with this Medicom Toy x Nike SB Dunk Low Collabo!
Japan's Medicom Toy aka Be@rbrick Brand with the koala/bear-like figure is not collaborating with Nike for the first time! The first collabo was released in 2017 and the kickz were named 'Nike SB Dunk Low Elite Medicom Bearbrick'.
3 years after the release we now get the Medicom Toy x Nike SB Dunk Low 'Be@rbrick'. In 'almost all black hairy look' and with white/ 'cream hairy heel tabs'! In the beginning the leak sources said that the Kickz would come with a 'translucent outsole'. The leak from instagram user 'koala_hsh' shows that the kickz have a solid grey outsole.
