Patta and Nike join forces for a new collaboration called 'The Wave'. From this collab, a new variant of the Air Max 1 has been released. This one has a 'Monarch' colorway and is characterized by the wavy detail.

The new variant receives the name 'Monarch' and features a wavy element that perfectly matches the name of the collaboration. Indeed, the overlay on the mudguard has a wavy shape and extends to the heel. This component comes dressed in an orange jacket and matches perfectly with the Swoosh on the middle panel.
Constructed from leather and mesh, the sneaker carries an orange and white colour scheme. These all come together on the upper of the model. Furthermore, a small Swoosh can be spotted on the front of the shoe. The Amsterdam brand leaves its mark on the pair by placing its logo on the insoles and on the tongue.
The midsole appears to have yellowed, giving the shoe a vintage look. The outsole is divided into the colours grey, orange and black.
Besides the shoe, Patta and Nike also focus on the shoe box. On it, the logo of the two brands can be found in orange and blue. Finally, a number of words can be read on the shoe box, such as 'Familliar' and 'Love For All'.
