This Air Max 90 SE Has a Special Pattern

The Nike Air Max 90 has been around for over 30 years and is still a favourite. This time around, the Air Max 90 SE has been reworked and the sneaker gets a special pattern. Just like the Air Force 1 'Red Plum', this Air Max 90 SE celebrates the spirit of Mexican women.

While we see many different colours on the Air Force 1 07 'Red Plum', the Air Max 90 is kept very dark. However, the pattern on the upper does match. We expect the sneaker to be released together, on International Women's Day 8 March.

The sneaker features a black upper with a black pattern. The pattern stands out because of its lacquer material and special shapes. The pattern can be found in the toebox of the Air Max, the mudguard and around the ankle. Dark purple patches are distributed across the upper. The colour is also found on the outsole. Finally, the sneaker has a striking purple swoosh and a pink midsole. The pink colour is also found on the branding and lining of the shoe.

So, both pairs from this Nike Pack are inspired by the Mexican woman, while the sneakers have a totally different look. We already mentioned that the patterns are similar, but, there are more similarities. Both sneakers have glitter details and a playful Nike Logo on the tongue and insole.

The Nike Air Max 90 SE 'Arctic Pink' are expected to drop at the same time, in March. Keep an eye on the sneaker release calendar, to never miss a release! Also follow Sneakerjagers WMNS on Instagram for great sneaker and outfit content.
