Patta and Tommy Hilfiger come together for a collection. The collection pays tribute to New York streetwear and has a '90s hip-hop look. The collab comes with several clothing items including jackets, shirts and trousers for the whole family and will be released at Patta x Tommy on 2 December 2022. The collection will be released at retailers worldwide on 9 December 2022.
Patta and Tommy come together for the second time, dropping an extensive collection. The collaboration pays tribute to New York hip-hop culture and combines the distinctive streetwear styles of both brands. Thus, Patta's DNA lies in Dutch hip-hop culture and, like Tommy Hilfiger, the brand is focused on streetwear. Tommy Hilfiger, in particular, was a big brand within hip-hop in the 1990s.
For the second collaboration, Patta and Tommy come up with an extensive collection. The campaign features NYC-based artists Wiki (@wikset) and Mike (@mikelikesrap). For the collaboration, the duo created an original track produced by renowned music producer The Alchamist. The limited edition 12'' vinyl features several mixes, including a clean, a dirty, and an instrumental track.
The track is also accompanied by a music video shot by none other than director Nicholas Stafford Briggs and photographer Quil Lemons. Set in New York City - the birthplace of hip-hop - the video is the ultimate expression of authentic visuals celebrating the culture, its impact and influence.
Items from the collection come in Tommy Hilfiger's well-known colours. Each item, jacket, jumper, trouser and shirt, features the logos of both brands. Eye-catching pieces from the collab are the bomber jackets, rugby shirts and the well-known Regetta jacket. The collection comes with items for both adults, and children.
