Nike has dropped a Persian Violet Air Max Pack. This pack includes five different Air Max's with the popular purple colour on the upper.
Nike Air Max 90 'Persian Violet' | DB0625-001
The Nike Air Max 90 consists of three basic colours. Black, white and purple make an appearance all over the sneaker.
The mudguard, toebox, tongue, heeltab, lower rubber overlays and part of the midsole and outsole are made in black. The mudguard appears to be made of a soft suede. The toebox is made of mesh.
The white colour appears on the overlay, the crag and the midsole. The collar, like the toebox, is made of mesh. The overlay is made of leather.
The 'Persian Violet' colour appears on the Swoosh, the lower and upper lacing eyelets, the branding and the outsole. By using neutral colours like white and black, the purple clearly stands out.
Nike Air Max 96 2 'Persian Violet' | DB0251-500
The Nike Air Max 96 2 has been released in a 'Persian Violet' colorway. On the upper, we see the same three colours as on the Air Max 90 above, but in different proportions. On this silhouette, black is prominent.
The base of the upper is made from mesh and features the purple colour that this pack is all about. The purple accents can be seen on the tongue, the outsole and the Air Units.
The Swoosh and the lower overlay that runs around the upper is in white, with black accents. There are also white accents on the tongue and a small white Swoosh next to the laces. The rest of the leather overlays on the upper and the midsole and outsole are in black.
Nike Air Max 270 Essential 'Persian Violet' | DN5464-001
The Nike Air Max 270 Essential is also dominated by black, just like the Air Max 96 2. The entire upper is covered in this colour together with the outsole and the heel cap.
The black upper features both white and purple accents. The pull tab at the heel is purple with white text. The midsole is white, which makes this pair look a bit fresher. The Air Unit has a purple glow, which completes this model.
Nike Air Max 97 'Persian Violet' | DJ0717-001
The colour scheme of the Nike Air Max 97 is different from the other models in this list. It uses black, purple and white, of course, but also a different colour.
The entire upper is covered in the same silver colour as the well-known Air Max 97 'Silver Bullet' with the red Swoosh. The wavy lines have an additional element. They are reflective in the dark.
The purple colour makes an appearance on the Swoosh on the side and on the tongue. The entire Air Unit is also in this colour. There are three purple accents on the outsole.
Nike Air Max Plus 'Persian Violet' | DB0682-100
Like the other models, the Nike Air Max Plus uses black, white and purple. On this silhouette, the white colour is a lot more striking than the other shades.
The base of the upper is made of mesh in white. The top of the tongue and part of the midsole are also in this light colour.
Rubber waves run across the white base, changing from black to purple. The Swoosh on the side is black with a purple outline. The mudguards and the rest of the midsole are also black. The outsole is mainly purple with black and yellow accents.
