Nike has been busy this year with an unprecedented number of models and colorways. This also applies to the Nike Air Max 90. The model is already thirty years old last year and that has been celebrated with different colorways, the Air Max 2090 and the slides. But Nike is still far from finished with the beautiful Air Max 90, because a new colorway is coming up. This time it will be the Nike Air Max 90 'Black/Racer Pink'.
We first saw the Nike Air Max 90 thirty years ago. So last year was the thirtieth anniversary of this classic Nike model. The first sneaker with the Air Technology goes back much further, only the Air Unit was still deep in the sole and invisible. Nike Air Max 90 'Black/Racer Pink' | DB3915-003
The new Nike Air Max 90 has a black mesh base. Black leather is used for the black overlays. The pink details on the sneaker give the iconic Nike model a playful twist. We see the bright pink colour back on the tongue, midsole, insole and the branding on the whole tab. Finally, the white swoosh completes the sneaker.
