Over the course of 2021, there have been a lot of releases of the Nike Air Huarache due to the 30th anniversary of this silhouette. OG's, retro's and collab's have come by. This Autumn, it's time for an OG retro colorway from 1992, namely the Nike Air Huarache 'Toadstool'.
With the return of several retro colorways, praise for the model returned. In 2000, Nike had a collab with Stüssy which was re-released. The re-release of the well-known 'Scream Green' colorway of this silhouette created a stir among Huarache fans. This year, a slew of new colorways have also popped up, including the 'Bright Mango'.
Nike Air Huarache 'Toadstool' | DH8143-200
The upper of the Huarache 'Toadstool' consists of two colours. Around the toes and on the overlay in the middle, an old pink colour covers the sneaker. The rest of the upper, together with the sole, is in black. The branding on the tongue is in brown, as are the laces. The branding on the heel is in black.
