Some three years after the first colorway of the Nike Air Force 1 'Skeleton', the model gets a makeover. This sneaker is inspired by the upcoming Halloween season that is just around the corner. The silhouette gets a 'Purple' colorway and will be released in October 2021.

Nike's Air Force 1 model gets an eerie makeover. The silhouette of the 'Skeleton' is characterised by the x-ray image of a foot. This print is seen on the entire side of the sneaker and is printed in white. In the previous 'Skeleton' models of the Nike Air Force 1, the same x-ray print was seen. However, the colorways are very different and in 2020 Nike also released a bright orange pair.
The Air Force 1 Skeleton 'Purple' is inspired by the Halloween season that starts again in October. The new 'Purple' colorway features a vibrant purple upper. The 'Court Purple' colour of the silhouette contrasts nicely with the white print on the sides of the model. The sneaker has a glow in the dark midsole and the lace tag also lights up in the dark.
The insole of the purple pair also has a special print. On both insoles is an x-ray print of a foot. The Nike Air logo is also printed on the insole. This is also stitched on the heel tab in white. The Nike label on the tongue gives a nod to the Halloween season and is printed in bones.
