This summer Nike is expanding its GORE-TEX line again. This time, they're releasing the all-white Nike Air Force 1 Low GORE-TEX 'Summer Shower'. Read all about this new sneaker that fits perfectly with any season below.
GORE-TEX
GORE-TEX is known for its ventilation and waterproofing. This is due to the super small holes in the material. These holes are too small to let water through, but large enough to let air and water vapour out. The sneaker is therefore very well ventilated, so you can't get sweaty or wet feet. This makes the shoe ideal for any kind of weather. The material is also widely used by brands such as The North Face.
Nike Air Force 1 Low GORE-TEX | DJ7968-100
The Nike Air Force 1 Low GORE-TEX 'Summer Shower' has an all white upper made of leather. This can be found at the heel and toe of the shoe. The underlays of this sneaker are made of mesh. The GORE-TEX material can be found in the lining, which makes sure you can't get your feet wet.
The model also has a number of subtle details. The GORE-TEX branding is stitched around the heel. You will also find the GORE-TEX branding on the tongue. This shoe also has a lacing system.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low GORE-TEX 'Summer Shower' is a true summer colourway that will be released soon, and will be available at Nike and other retailers. The sneaker will have a price tag of € 150.
