The New Balance x Harris Tweed Pack releases soon

Especially for winter, New Balance is releasing two new pairs and they have been given a 'Harris Tweed' makeover. The sneakers are part of the New Balance x Harris Tweed pack and will be released on December 10, 2021.

The pack consists of the Made in UK 1500 and the 991 and are both constructed using Harris Tweed. This material is a fabric produced by hand by the inhabitants of the Outer Hebrides Islands in Scotland.

The fabric is mainly used in the design of men's suits. It is also the only fabric with its own trademark. Both models have been given a new colorway and are fully inspired by the Harris, Lewis, Uist and Barra Islands.

First up, we have the New Balance 1500 from the pack. The sneaker has been given a blue and grey colorway and has the N logo stitched on the middle panel. On the tongue, 'Made in England' is written.

Next we have the 991 model. This pair comes dressed in a beige hue and has a few accents stitched in grey. The heel has the model's numbers written on it and 'Made in England' is also printed on the tongue of this pair.

Fortunately, we won't have to wait long for the pairs. The New Balance x Harris Tweed pack will be released on Friday, December 10, 2021.
