In 2024, the New Balance 1000 model made its debut or actually comeback. The sneaker first appeared on New Balance's shelves in 1999, but disappeared off the radar for a long time. In April, Joe Freshgoods came out with his own NB1000 variant and after that we saw even more special releases. Now, the New Balace 1000 'Angora Moonrock' colorway drops on 26 June 2024 at midnight at New Balance and selected retailers. Read more about the release here.
It looks like the 1000 is New Balance's new it-sneaker of 2024. The sneaker made its comeback after more than 20 years, and did so in style. In April 2024, Joe Freshgoods came out with two colorways of the New Balance 1000: 'Black Ice' and 'Pink Mink.' Soon after, the New Balance 1000 'Silver Metallic' appeared with rapper Dave in the campaign. Further looks of the New Balance 1000 with Aime Leon Dore were released in June 2024. Now we can look forward to a new summer colorway:
The 'Angora Moonrock' has a fresh look. The sneaker features an off-white upper with details in pastel shades. The upper is made of mesh and leather. The center panel features the N logo. Light pink elements in the sole give the sneaker a playful twist.
On 26 June 2024 at midnight, the New Balance 1000 'Angora Moonrock' will be available from New Balance and various retailers. Check all shops and release info in this article!
