It's time again to look at the 'Most Wanted Sneaker Releases'. Each Tuesday in this series we look at the most wanted sneakers of the previous week. In the week of 4 to 10 July 2022, several special collabs were released. For example, during this week the Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara two-pack and the atmos x Sneaker Freaker x Asics Gel-Lyte III OG 'Alley Cats' dropped.

Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara
We kick off this week's 'Most Wanted Sneaker Release' with the Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara two-pack. With this collaboration, the French fashion brand has given Nike's retro hiking kick a new, luxurious look.
Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara 'White' | DR0420-001
The Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara 'White' has a base of high quality smooth leather that colours white. On top, the sneaker is lined in cream-coloured overlays of a hairy suede. The mudguards and heel tab feature leather that is also cream-coloured.
The pair also has special details. On the middle panel, for example, is a gold-coloured mini-Swoosh. A brown and white lace runs through the heel, the middle panel and the tongue. To complete the look, the pair has a white midsole with a gum outsole.
Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara 'Brown' | DR0420-200
The Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara 'Brown' is covered in leather underlays that are deep brown in colour. The mudguards, like the underlays, are made of brown leather.
This Air Humara also features high-quality detailing. The centre panel features a golden mini-Swoosh and the lacing is brown and red. The midsole has a beige base with a black mesh pattern. Lastly, the pair has a black outsole.
New Balance 990v3 'Sea Salt' | M990AL3
The New Balance 990v3 'Sea Salt' is the latest sneaker from the Made in the USA line under the creative direction of Teddy Santis. The pair is almost entirely white, making it an ideal summer sneaker.
The upper has a white mesh base. The overlays are in different shades of white from 'Sea Salt' white leather and the nose is in a cream-colored leather. On the toebox and at the collar, there are grey underlays as well.
There are also silver-coloured accents at the heel and the 'N' logo. The 990v3 is finished with a vintage style yellowed sole and a black outsole.
Air Jordan 1 Mid 'Edge' | DR0501-101
The Air Jordan 1 Mid 'Edge' is a split sneaker. From the outside, the pair appears to have a classic 'Panda' colorway, with a white leather base and black leather overlays.
On the inside, it is the complete opposite. Here, the sneaker has a black base with white overlays on top. The pair also features black laces, a white midsole and a black outsole.
Air Jordan 3 WMNS 'Neapolitan' | CK9246-102
The Air Jordan 3 WMNS 'Neapolitan' features the three colours of Neopolitan ice cream: white, pink and brown. The upper of this pair is covered in vanilla white leather. The nose and heel feature the iconic AJ3 elephant print.
The midsole is sail-coloured, with a strawberry pink glow at the heel. The Neopolitan colourway is completed by the chocolate brown outsole.
Atmos x Sneaker Freaker x Asics Gel-Lyte III OG 'Alley Cats' | 1201A529-020
Last, but certainly not least, is the atmos x Sneaker Freaker x ASICS Gel-Lyte III OG 'Alley Cats'. On the upper of this pair, a special mix of materials and colours are combined. The toe and heel are made of a grey suede. On the heel tab and at the middle panel are overlays of beige cowhair.
The lacing is split into two different shades of purple, both of which are made of suede. A purple shiny satin covers the tongue. Additionally, the white leather ASICS stripes are glow-in-the-dark. The pair comes standard tied with green laces, but the box also includes purple laces. Finally, the sneaker has a white-purple midsole and an outsole in black, white and lime green.
