The Nike Dunk hype will be taken to 2021. There are already many colorways waiting for us in January. Now the first images have appeared of the Nike Dunk Low 'Michigan'. We can all know this colorway from the last released Nike Dunk High 'Michigan' and the Off-White x Nike Dunk Low.
The 'Michigan' colorway was first seen in 1985, at the Nike Dunk High. This Dunk High was part of the Be True To Your School Pack. This pack contained several colorways of schools from all over America. At the end of 2019 we also saw this colorway on the Off-White x Nike Dunk Low. This was the first time Virgil Abloh had focused his designs on the Dunk Low. This colorway was part of two other colorways called 'University Red' and 'Pine Green'. From this moment on, the Dunk hype was back.
Nike Dunk Low 'Michigan' | DD1391-700
The Nike Dunk Low appears in a colour combination of yellow and blue. These colours appear spread over the entire leather upper. The base of the sneaker comes in yellow while the overlays have a blue colour. We see this blue colour also on the Swoosh which runs to the rear part of the shoe. The Nike branding takes place on the heel in yellow and on the tongue in blue. The leather upper rests on a white midsole with blue rubber outsole.
Unfortunately Nike has no announced an exact release date for this beautiful Nike Dunk Low 'Michigan'. However, we can expect the sneaker somewhere in the beginning of 2021 at Nike for €100,-.
