The Nike Air Max 1 'Powerwall BRS' will return, dear community. The iconic colorway appeared in 2006 and is a favourite of many sneaker lovers. Nike does not seem to be done with its hot Air Max 1 releases for now. Several colorways of the model have already appeared in the year 2023. The Air Max 1 '86 Big Bubble also made a comeback for the first time since its original release. The model was the predecessor of the well-known Air Max 1 silhouette, which appeared in 1987, and featured an enlarged Air unit.
Nike 'Powerwall' collection
Since the release of the '86 Big Bubble 'University Red' during Air Max Day in March 2023, the model has already gained several colorways. Now we see the first images of Nike Air Max 1 '86 'Powerwall BRS', an iconic trainer that will receive a soleswap.
The Air Max 1 'Powerwall BRS' was released in 2006 and was part of the 'Powerwall' series. The series paid tribute to the Air Max line and came with a lot of colorways of as many as eight Nike models. Each model appeared in seven colorways and the 'Powerwall BRS' was one of them.
Now the classic colorway comes with an enlarged Air unit. The upper combines the colours green, pink and orange and the upper is made of breathable mesh. Suede overlays give the trainer its sturdiness. On the centre panel, the Swoosh appears in a striking pink colour. The yellowed midsole gives the Air Max a vintage look.
The Nike Air Max 1 '86 'Powerwall BRS' does not have an official release date for now. However, we can expect the colorway to arrive at Nike in 2024. Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers release calendar for the latest updates surrounding the release.
