Drake and Nike are expanding the NOCTA line with the 'Distant Regards' collection. The collection features three new colorways of the Nike Hot Step Air Terra silhouette. The 'Distant Regards' collection will be released on May 15, 2023, at NOCTA and on May 19, 2023, at Nike and selected retailers.
'Distant Regards'
The sub-label of Nike and Drake, NOCTA, came to life in 2020. The Canadian rapper released two colorways of the Hot Step Air Terra silhouette in the same year. Now, after about three years and various collections, the model returns in three new colorways in the 'Distant Regards' collection.
The collection draws its inspiration from the lifestyle in Nigeria. The focus of the collection is primarily on functionality. The campaign showcases the residents of Lagos, Nigeria, wearing various items from the collection. The Nike Hot Step Air Terra comes in three colorways: 'Pink Quartz', 'Light Bone', and 'Light Pumice'.
The sneakers have a sporty silhouette and feature multiple Air units in the midsole. The upper has a snakeskin pattern, giving the sneaker a stylish look. The NOCTA logo is placed on the tongue and heel. The gum sole gives the silhouette a retro vibe.
In addition to the sneakers, the 'Distant Regards' collection also includes several clothing items, including a lightweight reversible vest and NOCTA jackets. The NOCTA jacket also comes in a Swarovski edition and is accompanied by a matching pair of pants, similar to the tech pants with deep pockets.
The technical crew long sleeve features the iconic NOCTA logo, the words 'FORZA NOCTA!', and a reflective accent on the front. The collection also includes a set of white and gray socks.
The Drake x Nike NOCTA 'Distant Regards' collection will release on May 15, 2023, on NOCTA.com. On May 19, 2023, the collection will be available at Nike and various retailers. Please note that the Nike Hot Step Air Terra 'Light Pumice' and 'Pink Quartz' will be exclusively available at NOCTA.
