The Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Cool Grey' had its original release in 2007. Jordan Brand already announced in their Spring 2021 Line-up last November that the colorway would return in 2021. The official release date has been announced: on February 20, the sneakers will re-release.
Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Cool Grey'
At first glance, the new Air Jordan 3 looks a lot like the original 2007 release. The colours are almost identical. Almost the entire shoe consists of different shades of grey. The sole and the heel are a bit darker to form a good contrast. Also, the toe and heel contain a grey-coloured elephant print. Besides the common grey, the shoe contains a few small colourful details. These details can be found in the colours Sport Red and Orange Peel. On the tongue and heel, for example, the Jumpman logo is red. The eyelets and the 'Air' letters have been given the striking yellow colour.
What has changed is the material used. The pair is upgraded with premium leather, also using a matte finish on the midsole. The combination of the different materials gives the sneaker a luxurious look.
Air Jordan 2021
Besides this Jordan 3, on 13 February the Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Carmine' was released to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the model. We are also seeing the Air Jordan 1 High OG 'University Blue' release on 6 March. This time the colorway appears on the Jordan 1, one of the most popular Jordan models.
