The Air Jordan 1 High has been in existence since 1985. Over the years many OG colorways have returned, but one of the OG colorways has not had a retro release since 1985. We are talking about the 'Neutral Grey' colorway which will see its first retro release in 2021.
The Air Jordan 1 High was Michael Jordan's first sneaker. Some of the first colorways that came out for the sneaker were the 'Bred', 'Royal Blue', 'Black Toe' and of course the 'Neutral Grey'. The first retro releases of the Air Jordan 1 High came in 1994, the same year that Michael Jordan retired. Seven years later the sneaker was re-released with the addition of the mid top Air Jordan 1. This shoe was more intended as a lifestyle sneaker instead of a performance basketball model.

The Air Jordan 1 High 'Neutral Grey' adheres to the OG construction of the sneaker in 1985. This we already saw in the Air Jordan 1 High 85 Varsity Red that came out at the beginning of the year. The upper is largely made of white leather. The Swoosh and the ankle area are made of grey suede. This is also found on the Jordan Wings logo on the side of the ankle and the Nike logo on the tongue. Underneath the upper is a white midsole and grey outsole. As an extra the sneaker comes with grey laces and a Jordan hangtag that also came with the 1985 release.
The Air Jordan 1 High 'Neutral Grey' will be released sometime in 2021, but the exact date is not yet known. Check out the images below since then, it is worth it! You may also keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers release calendar to make sure you don't miss a sneaker release.
