The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 'Waverunner' is getting a restock. The kicks were re-released on Yeezy Day 2021 for the first time since its release in 2017. Another return of the recognisable silhouette is planned this year.
The famous 'Waverunner' can be recognised by the colours used on the upper. The base of the upper is made of mesh and is in light grey. This light grey colour can also be seen on the suede overlay at the laces, the suede heel cap and the suede toe cap. The rest of the elements on the upper are in black combined with blue.
The colours of the laces and the accents on the sole stand out immediately. The laces have been given a striking yellow colour, which is not otherwise visible in the colour scheme. On the midsole, there are orange accents. The use of these colours creates a great contrast. Besides the orange accents, there are also black accents on the midsole. The rest of the midsole is in white and the outsole is black.
