Top five best-selling sneakers of week 25 (2022)
Every week we at Sneakerjagers release a list of the five best-selling sneakers of the week in question. This overview is the most recent and actual sneaker top five list in the Netherlands. The overview is based on the purchases of all pairs at more than one hundred and fifty sneaker stores and partners of Sneakerjagers.
1. Nike Air Max 1 WMNS 'Cobblestone' - Safari | DV3027-001
Last week there was a Nike Air Max 1 in the first place and this week too. The best-selling sneaker of week 25 is the Nike Air Max 1 WMNS 'Cobblestone'. The Air Max 1 is thirty-five years old this year, 2022, and of course is celebrated in a big way with lots of old and new styles.
The colour scheme may look familiar to you. In 2002, Nike collaborated with the Japanese atmos and designed an Air Max 1 with a safari print. Now twenty years later, this print has returned on the AM1 in this version.
2. Nike Air Force 1 Shadow 'Light Soft Pink' | CI0919-600
At number two this week is the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow 'Light Soft Pink'. The sneaker is, just like the pair above, a women's exclusive.
The Air Force 1 model is very popular and Nike has designed several variants, including the Shadow. In the AF-1 Shadow, all overlays and the Swoosh are double- you could also say, they have a shadow. This allows for a lot of colour play. This sneaker is mainly light pink but has purple, yellow and blue details.
3. Air Jordan 1 Low 'Crimson Bliss' | DM3379-600
The Air Jordan 1 Low 'Crimson Bliss' is a colourful low-top sneaker. The shoe has different colours with black details.
The upper of this Air Jordan 1 Low is made of leather. The toebox and side panel are in light pink. An orange color on the overlays and on the laces provides a striking contrast. The black colour can be seen on the Swoosh, heeltab, collar and lining.
4. Nike Air Max 90 SE WMNS 'Animal' | DH5075-100
The Nike Air Max 90 SE WMNS 'Animal' continues to make a comeback in the list of the five best-selling sneakers almost every week. This week too, a lot of people were fans of this colorway.
The upper of this Air Max 90 has a white base. Various colours, materials and prints are used on the overlay and mudguard. The white base makes these colourful elements stand out even more.
5. Nike Air Force 1 '07 'Tiffany' | DR0155-100
We close the overview of the five best-selling sneakers of week 25 with the Nike Air Force 1 '07 'Tiffany'. This colorway is inspired by the jewelry brand Tiffany & Co.
The upper of the shoe is made of leather and in white. The Swoosh seems to be cut out of the shoe and shows a different material in black. The midsole and outsole are also in black. To be all about Tiffany & Co. the mini Swoosh and the 'Air' branding is in turquoise.
