In 2021, Teddy Santis started as the Creative Director of New Balance MADE in USA. This year, 2022, we will see Santis' first releases. Teddy himself has already shared images of the upcoming sixteen pairs on his Instagram stories.
The lineup shared by Teddy Santis includes several 990 silhouettes. The 990v1 will appear in two new colour schemes. The second silhouette is the 990v2 and it comes in seven different colorways. The final 990 silhouette is the v3, which also comes in seven colorways.
The different pairs have not been released yet, but the new grey 990v2 (M990TD2) has already been spotted by a New Balance fan. This 990v2 comes in a shoe box in light cream with the New Balance logo in red on it. The card attached to it also has this colour scheme. The box comes with an additional postcard with the lineup that Santis also shared on Instagram.
The sixteen different New Balance MADE 990 pairs have not yet been given an official release date. However, the kicks are expected to arrive at New Balance during the course of the year.
